How Licensing Works

A structured partnership from first call to live delivery across the suite.

STEP 01

Discovery Call

We learn about your business, your clients, and your mandate. We walk you through the suite and identify the system or bundle that fits. A tailored proposal follows.

STEP 02

Certificate Pack & DDQ

Delivery of the four-document certificate pack per licensed system plus the institutional DDQ Summary. Your compliance and investment teams run full independent due diligence before commitment.

STEP 03

Integration & Go-Live

API or dashboard integration, delivery configuration, internal validation of signal outputs, full go-live with daily check-ins in week one. Quarterly reviews and re-calibration thereafter.

Built Different

Six systems spanning the full return/drawdown frontier — licensees choose the mandate fit, not a one-size-fits-all product.
Every system passes 27 or more institutional robustness checks: walk-forward, Monte Carlo, parameter sensitivity, crisis stress, deflated Sharpe.
Deflated Sharpe > 99% across the suite after tens of thousands of trial deflations (Bailey & López de Prado, 2014).
Four-factor residual alpha decomposition documented for every rotation system — not a factor repackage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers on how licensing Stewart & Co systems works in practice.

Full access to the signal stream for each licensed system, plus the four-document certificate pack per system (Tear Sheet, Performance Certificate, Robustness Certificate, Overview Certificate), the institutional DDQ Summary, implementation support during onboarding, quarterly performance reviews, and ongoing parameter monitoring. Delivery can be via API, email webhook, or live dashboard — mandate-dependent.
Lower-return, lower-drawdown systems (Cycle, Majors) suit platforms and wealth managers whose end-clients prioritise capital preservation. Higher-return systems (Select, Extended, Broad) suit funds and platforms whose mandate rewards absolute return per unit of drawdown. Most licensees run a bundle — the 10% / 15% multi-system discount is structured to encourage diversification across the suite.
Yes. Every license includes white-label distribution rights. Your clients see your brand; the underlying methodology is Stewart & Co.
Pricing is mandate-dependent and shared under NDA as part of the licensing pack. Three commercial models are available: a fixed monthly license plus one-time implementation fee; AUM-based fees for funds who prefer a revenue-linked structure; and revenue share for platforms. Multi-system bundles attract a discount on the second and third systems. Minimum term is 12 months.
Independent robustness validation. Every system passes 27+ institutional checks including walk-forward out-of-sample, Monte Carlo simulation, parameter sensitivity, crisis stress testing, deflated Sharpe after tens of thousands of trial deflations, and four-factor residual alpha decomposition. Most providers show a backtest curve. We show the validation process that proves the curve is not fabricated.
Drawdowns are documented per system in the Performance and Robustness Certificates. Every rotation system has an integrated regime gate that rotates allocations to on-chain Gold (PAXG + XAUT) during adverse regimes. Stewart & Co Cycle rotates to on-chain stablecoins during distribution. Quarterly certificate updates confirm the methodology remains intact.
We offer a 90-day pilot at full licensing terms. The pilot is the proof — if signal quality does not justify the investment after 90 days, we part ways cleanly.
All metrics shown on this page and on /systems are theoretical (frictionless backtest) over the 2018–2026 range. Friction-adjusted performance and full friction sensitivity tables are documented in each system's Performance Certificate, which is included in the DDQ pack delivered at onboarding.

Disclaimer: All metrics shown are theoretical (frictionless backtest) over the 2018–2026 range. Friction-adjusted performance and friction sensitivity tables are documented in each system's Performance Certificate. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Robustness validation reduces but does not eliminate the risk of future underperformance.
